Strength & Conditioning:
Build A Body That Holds Up
Rated 5.0 By 70+ Locals
Rehab shouldn't stop the moment the pain does.
Most people stop rehab as soon as their pain settles. That's usually the point where the real work starts.
Physiotherapy helps restore movement, but rebuilding the strength underneath that movement is what helps keep you out of the treatment room and gets you back to doing what you love.
Programs are written by clinicians who know your injury history, your sport and your schedule, then coached on the gym floor so your technique holds up as the load increases.
It’s not a generic program or a personal training session that overlooks an old injury. It’s the same team that treated you, helping you rebuild strength with your history and goals in mind.
If you’re ready to recover properly and get back to doing what you love, book your appointment today.

Why choose our Sports physio clinic?
-

Clinician-led, coached on the floor
Your program is designed by people who understand tissue healing, load tolerance and your injury history, then coached in person so technique doesn't quietly fall apart as the weight goes up.
-

Rehab-built gym, not just training
A fully equipped gym and a running track, in the same building as the treatment rooms and recovery facilities. If something flares mid-program, your physio is right there.
-
One team, one plan
No handover, no telephone game between your physio and your trainer. The people rehabbing you are the people programming your strength work, so the plan stays consistent from day one to full return.
Your training is built around where you are now and where you want to get back to. From your initial assessment through to coached strength work, every stage is designed to build your capacity, confidence and help you perform at your best for whatever comes next.

conditioning training works.
Who You'll Be Working With
chris paradisis
Chris built Regen Health around a simple idea: getting someone out of pain is only half the job. The other half is building them back strong enough to help prevent the problem from returning.
Get that right and treatment can be targeted from the first session, helping reduce time in pain and unnecessary appointments. From there, it’s hands-on treatment to settle the immediate problem, followed by load, strength and capacity work to prepare you for what comes next.
Chris also takes the time to explain what’s going on, so you can better understand your injury and make informed decisions about it. His focus is on improving how you function, rather than keeping you in treatment longer than you need to be.

jackson gibson
Jackson has more than twelve years of experience in strength and conditioning and has played A-grade football himself. He knows what it takes to train through a season, back up week after week and keep performing when your body isn’t at one hundred percent.
His experience ranges from high-performance athletes to people stepping into a gym for the first time. Whether you’re coming back from surgery, preparing for a season or building strength from the ground up, he takes the time to understand your goals, your schedule and what your body has already been through.
Programs are built around you and adjusted as you progress. If something flares, Jackson can modify the work rather than simply stopping, while explaining what’s changing and why.

sports physiotherapy FAQ
-
Not at all. A lot of our strength and conditioning clients have never had a physio appointment with us. They come here because the programming is done by clinicians and the coaching is genuinely individual.
-
Yes, and beginners are some of our favourite clients to work with because the progress is so fast. We start with movement quality and light loads, and build from there. Nobody is going to put you under a heavy barbell on day one.
-
A good personal trainer is a valuable thing. The difference here is clinical background: our team can assess an injury, understand how tissue heals and load tolerance builds, and adjust your program around a flare-up rather than working around it blindly. If you have an injury history, that context matters.
-
Most people do well on two coached sessions a week, supplemented with work they do on their own. Some come once a week for programming and coaching and train independently the rest of the time. We'll build it around what's realistic for you, because a program you actually complete beats a perfect one you don't.
-
Yes. Some clients train with us in the gym, others want a program to take to their own gym with periodic check-ins to review and progress it. Both work.
-
Happily. We'd rather be aligned with your coach on training load than pulling in a different direction. With your okay, we'll talk to them directly.
-
In most cases yes, and done properly it's one of the better things you can do for your bones.
The Australian LIFTMOR trial (Watson et al., Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, 2018) put 101 post-menopausal women with osteopenia and osteoporosis through twice-weekly supervised high-intensity resistance and impact training for eight months.
Bone density improved at the spine and hip, strength and function improved across the board, and there was only one minor adverse event across the whole trial. The word doing the heavy lifting there is supervised.
Where that style of training has since been rolled out without proper screening and coaching, injuries have followed.
You don't need to bring scan results to get started. Just tell us what you've been told and we'll build something appropriate, and if you're already under a specialist we're happy to work alongside them.
-
That's the advantage of doing this in a physio clinic. We assess it on the spot, modify the program and keep you training around it where it's safe to do so. Very rarely does a flare-up mean stopping everything.
-
We do. What you're eligible to claim for strength and conditioning depends on your fund and your level of cover, so give us a call on 0400 617 854 and we'll help you work out where you stand before you book.
Restore. Rebuild. Regen.
That's the order it happens in, and strength is the part most people skip. Book an assessment online, or call 0400 617 854 to talk it through first. You'll find us at Unit 12, 59-63 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah.
